Full refunds are available for cancellations made one week before your booking. For cancellations one day before arrival, a refund will only be provided if the room can be rebooked. During high-demand periods, such as events in Kimberley, prepayment is required, and no refunds will be given for cancellations.
1. Non-smoking Rooms: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
2. No Hubbly Bubblies (Hookahs): These are not allowed on the premises.
3. No Music: To ensure peace and quiet, no music is allowed in or around the guesthouse.
4. Swimming Pool Use: Swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
5. Parking: One car per room. Please use your designated parking bay.
6. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 14:00; check-out by 10:00.
7. Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damage to property. Please report any issues immediately.
8. Request for Dark Bedding or Towels: To avoid accidental stains, we can provide dark-colored bedding or towels upon request.
9. Guest Policy: For the safety and comfort of all our guests’, only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional guests are permitted for sleepovers, and no unregistered visitors are allowed to stay overnight under any circumstances. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this rule to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for everyone.
10. Alcohol: Alcohol may only be consumed in the rooms or the designated Lapa area.
The Retreat Guesthouse is equipped with surveillance cameras in all communal areas. These cameras monitor activity to deter misconduct and enhance guest safety. Please be assured that your privacy is respected, and the recordings are used solely for security purposes.
